To provide a conducive and distraction-free environment for our members to focus on their work, we have established this silence policy. This policy aims to ensure that all members can work efficiently and comfortably without interruptions.
Silence Areas:
The following areas are designated as silence zones:
• Hall area
• Rooms
• Outdoor area
Guidelines:
No Loud Conversations: Refrain from engaging in loud conversations or making excessive noise that may disturb others.
Phone Calls:
For your convenience, we have provided phone area where you can make calls without disturbing your fellow co-workers.
Meeting Rooms:
Schedule meetings in advance and use the designated meeting rooms to avoid disturbing others.
Noise Levels:
Keep noise levels from keyboards, headphones, or other devices to a minimum.
Disruptions:
Avoid sudden or loud noises, such as slamming doors or dropping objects.
Enforcement:
Our staff will politely remind members of this policy if they are found to be disturbing others. Repeated disruptions may result in a warning ortemporary suspension of membership.
Respect for Others:
We encourage all members to be mindful of their fellow co-workers and respect their right to a quiet and focused work environment.
